The slippers arrived promptly, and look and feel great. Since it’s still mid August they are awaiting the colder weather before regular use, but I have no doubts they will be up to the task of keeping my toes cosy. I managed to order the wrong size by mistake but this was quickly sorted out for me before dispatch.

Lovely soft slippers, I found a wee bit tight even though I purchased a larger size, but after wearing them a couple of weeks, they are now very comfy. I would purchase again and I like that they are made in uk. Thank you for a lovely pair of slippers.

Perfect

Gorgeous traditional moccasins in a lovely cinammon colour. Well constructed, they hold the feet properly yet feel so light and soft, thanks to blissful Merino wool. The sole has a grainy texture which is slim enough to allow the feet to flex naturally and keep good contact with the floor. These are perfect. ?

Luxurious and comfortable

I love these slippers. They feel and look so lovely and I really like that they are made in the UK. I had to buy a size bigger than I would normally take to make sure they were long enough.

So glad to have my usual slippers back…..when they were unavailable I tried numerous other makes, but none came anywhere near the comfort and quality. Like others I size up…usually a 5 but now order 6 which are perfect for me, as I sometimes like to wear a sock as well, although the slippers are nice and cosy just as they are.

Love My Proper Slippers!

I've been wearing my slippers for a couple of weeks and I always look forward to putting them on! They're so warm and comfy and although the sole is thin and flexible, it grips well so I feel safe on different floorings. I love the classic style and the aftercare advice is great. I hope to be wearing them for many years to come...

These moccasin slippers are lovely. On the basis of the reviews I got one size bigger than my norm as I wanted them comfy. I am very pleased. And what a delightful small family business! Great quality slippers

These are great quality sheepskin slippers, nice thick sheepskin on the inside and a smart suede outer. Although different to other moccasins I’ve had in the past, the sole appears very robust. I found them to be true to size (UK 7). Lovely packaging, aimed at being environmentally friendly.

Sheepskin moccasins

Purchased for my daughter for Christmas. She was thrilled with them and so was I. Lovely quality and excellent service. Purchased much dearer ones for her last Christmas and they were no where near the quality of these. I did as recommended and purchased the next size up so am hoping they don’t flatten too much but there is a lot of wool in them to flatten! What a nice change to purchase something that doesn’t disappoint. Thank you

Well-made and comfortable

This is my second pair of Westmorland slippers, bought to replace a pair which I wore out. I'm a size 6.5 and find that size 7 is a good fit - feels a bit snug at first but eases within a day or so. Very comfortable and beautifully made.

Not normally one to leave reviews but just can't help myself this time. Placed order on Saturday and received slippers on Tuesday. Okay I paid a couple of quid to get the quicker delivery. No box just a recyclable bag containing slippers in a storage bag as well as a Yorkshire T bag. What a lovely touch!!! Nice to feel you're getting something for nothing. Ordered my usual shoe size and although they feel quite snug I know that they will loosen off. Beautiful quality and can only hope that my new slippers will see me through the winter. Prompt and cuddly

I dashed off a quick email asking whether to size up or down and had a friendly response right away (saying size up), so I ordered. They arrived in a couple of days, and they are lovely. The advice was correct too - if you wear a half-size, go up in this style! They are very cosy and sturdy. Thank you!

Disappointed this time

I’m replacing an old pair and know it takes time for the wool lining to flatten, but I couldn’t slip my feet into them without bending, and then found the edge of slipper very firm and the top felt rather shallow. Sadly, I have had to return them.

Cosy slippers

I have only given four stars, as the sizing is a little off now. I am a size 5 and this size has been good for me in these slippers in the past, however, last year the slippers were definitely smaller and I noticed people were advising to size up. With this in mind I ordered a size 6, which are comfortable, but a size I never take in other makes.

Just ordered my second pair of these moccasins. I wanted a full slipper and these have been perfect. They were a little snug at first but stretched a little with wear and became so comfortable. Cheaper slippers are available but these are worth every penny; comfortable, hard wearing and look good too. Highly recommend

Good service and nice slippers

The moccasins came quite quickly and well packaged.True to what Westmorland say on the website, they feel a little snug when you first put them on buy in very little time they ease to the size and shape of your foot. I find them cosy and comfortable though I've only worn them a week or two. Time will tell!

Serviceable slippers!

These slippers are brilliant. They are very hardwearing and super comfortable! I lived in mine over the pandemic. I have even machine washed them to freshen up - brilliant on cool wash.

I purchased a pair of lambswool-lined moccasin slippers. From start to finish the customer service provided was excellent. When I came across the product I was straight away able to access their live chat option and speak to a customer assistant who was able to give me advice on which size to get. I was then also able to speak to Sarah-Jane (customer assistant at the store) on the telephone who was able to give me advice on the sole of the shoe so that I could know that the shoes had grip and wouldn't be slippy. The moccasins are also very high quality and ethically sourced. I love supporting small, independent and family-run businesses. The customer service and the quality provided by Westmoreland Sheepskins is something you just don't get from impersonal larger businesses these days. Overall, fab customer service and a top-notch quality product!

Lovely moccasin-style slippers (women's) were ordered a few weeks ago (the ones with hard soles) and they are so comfy and warm - also love the fact that the laces mean they're adjustable. And the hand-signed card by the staff was just a lovely touch - have bookmarked you for future use. (Oh, the items were also delivered really quickly and packaged sensibly, and well.)

I had been searching for this exact style of slipper for some time looking at the main (well known) shoe suppliers online. I came upon Westmorland Sheepskins by a fortunate accident they were out of stock sadly but there was a facility to let me know when they would be back in stock. My 1st pair of slippers from Westmorland

WOMEN'S LAMBSWOOL LINED MOCCASIN (WITH HARD WEARING SOLE) I ordered my 1st pair of slippers from Westmorland and it was a great expeience.I received exactly what I ordered and with very fast postage. Never had lambswool lined moccasins before so ordered a size 5 buy normally wear a shoe 4. Like slippers to be slightly bigger and the size 5 is perfect. Love the colour and feel of the slippers wearing them in my bare feet. They are so comfy and dont catch my high arch which several slippers do! Would like to see them in a navy as am very careful not to get them dirty. Warm and cozy but not too hot to wear all year I think!
